What makes you different form the rest of the Food prep companies?

Most meal prep companies provide the same portion sizes per meal to each individual. Not here! Based off your body type, weight, age, metabolism, activity level, and overall goal, we tailor the portion sizes of the food items that make up your meal to meet your body’s requirements for that meal.

Most meal prep companies, ONLY offer set menus. We don’t! We provide creative and tasteful menus that are tailored to your needs as well as an option for you to create your own menu! Given an all-star list of foods for you to select from, you can build your own meals based off your specific acquired taste.

How do I store my meals? 

First, your refrigerator temperature should be 40°F or below and your freezer should be at least 0°F or below. If the meals are still warm upon pick-up, you should allow the meals to cool down (nearly to room temperature) and then store them in the refrigerator or freezer. If you are going to freeze your meals, make sure you double check and take extra precautions to ensure that the containers are airtight! If not, the food may be susceptible to freezer burn.

How do I heat my meals?

Our meals are intended to be cooked in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, as they are prepared fully cooked. If you choose to use the oven, remove your meal from our container and cook it in the oven at 350° for about 10 minutes keeping a close watch on the meal during heating.

How long will they stay fresh?

Meals will remain fresh in the refrigerator for 3 days following pick-up.  Without the use of unnatural preservatives, our meals have a shorter refrigerated shelf life than others.

If you do want to save the meals to eat at a later date, you can freeze the meals UP TO one month in the freezer. We recommend transferring them to an airtight container if you choose to freeze them.

How are my meals individually sealed?

We prepare each meal in its own plastic microwaveable safe container.  All meal packaging is fully recyclable and the containers that we use and do not release BPA when heated.  

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, all containers and bags are recyclable! In order to make our company even more environmentally friendly, we offer a discount for all containers that are rinsed and bought back to the restaurant.

Can I try a sample meal?

You are more than welcome to come into the restaurant and talk to our chefs about sampling a meal. The meal will be of sample size, not tailored out to your individual needs as this is intended for you to taste.

Are the meals customizable?

Our body of work with Tailored Menu is all about customization and individualism. With that being said, our Tailored Menu entrees are not allowed to be “customized” in terms of altering the components of the meal. Instead, the portion sizes of the Tailored Menu meals become individualized and tailored to what your body would require for that meal based off the data received from your profile. All sauces that are provided with a specific meal will be served on the side. Now, when you get home, you can customize your meals by adding spices, herbs, and/or sauces you’d like to meet your acquired taste.  

For those of you who like to have full control over your meals or for those who follow an extremely strict diet and need a company to provide you with quality food, we have a "Create Your Own" menu.  With this option you will be able to choose a protein item, a carbohydrate item, and a fat item from our All-Star list to create your own meal. Once the item is chosen, you will be able to select from a variety of different portion sizes to meet your needs for the meals. These meals will come unseasoned!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Shopify Pay, and Apple Pay. These are all processed through Shopify Payments. We also accept PayPal payments with PayPal Express Checkout. Payments can be made online permitting order is filed for the coming week/day.

After I place my order, how soon will it be ready?

All orders must be made no later than 48 hours prior to preparation. Meaning Friday at 9PM all order's must be processed along with payment clearance. Any and all meals will be available for pick-up at our hub location between the hours of 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM every Monday. (NO SAME DAY ORDERS ARE TO BE MADE).

How will I know when to pick up my food?

A ticket will be emailed/texted to you notifying that your order has been processed and a pick-up stamp will be attached along with a reminder.
